Romania missing from Map Counties tool

Question

I was checking the Map Counties tool and I can see that Romania is not listed there. I can see that in the Map Regions tool there are counties instead of regions... There should be 8 regions and 42 counties there... As I was looking for counties, I can do with the Map Regions tool, just it is incorrect...

There aren't any counties defined for Romania on my profile map, just regions. Perhaps counties aren't defined on Open Street Map, which is where PGC gets its data from I believe.
