Checker for GC1HNXT (California ABC Challenge) has a Bug

This checker currently allows caches that begin with a number to qualify for the respective letter requirements.  However, the cache description expressly states that such caches do not qualify.

Example: The checker shows that my find of a cache called "2400X" satisfies the requirement for an "X" cache--but it does not.

Thanks for creating this checker but that little bug needs to be fixed.

The checker is altered in the tag but there is still a smal bug in it.

Now it does not detect caches with ( " ) before the letter.
