What do you mean with "can't refresh"? Do you get an error message? If so: exactly what? Or du you just mean that you don't see any effect immediately? That's normal: what happens is that your request is put into a queue that the system needs to work through.

I gave this cache a favorite. I've updated this cache several times. But the cache is still on the forgotten favorites list. I did the same for other caches, it worked there.

When you refresh your logs via self-service that only concerns your logs. The FP amount for a cache is information about that cache, and that isn't affected here. That will be updated when we refresh information about that particular cache (typically when it's logged, but occasionally also without logs).

Yes i did it once via refreshing all caches and afterwards because this did not work i refreshed this particular cache several times. Everything did not work.
