Numbering in rankings are a bit off :D

As an ex SQL programmer I know you will hate me now :-)

In all sports i know of, when the winner have 5 pts and there is two who is have 4 they should both be number two! The guy with 3 pts whould be FOUR! I just checked the #countries and that one do not do this. I guess this is wrong a lot of places.

Or is it? I understand if you want to keep your own numbering sceme . Just saying. :-D

We do not consider this a bug, most charts has a secondary (or even more) sorting element, for example who did it first. It's just not always obvious.
