Can I request a Challenge Checker to be created for someone elses Challenge Cache that doesn't currently have a checker?

I'm trying to sort out a list of qualifying caches for GC5H769 (assuming I even qualify) without doing hours of manual work in trying to look up the 175 caches I have found that were hidden in November (any year).

If I can't request a Checker be created for GC5H769, is there a Tool I can use to list all the caches I have found that were hidden in any given month?

Yes, you can ask for a checker for someone else's challenge. You still need to write a message in the checker volunteer forum: https://project-gc.com/forum/list?8

As for finding them yourself: it's not possible with a single search, but using the Map Compare page you can get a list of all finds you have made that are hidden in November of any single year. You would then have to repeat this search for all other years, so 20 searches in total to get the full list.
