When clicking "Private Messages" I get "Question2Answer fatal error"

I navigated arround some within the Community Support area. In the support summary of my profile there is "Private Messages" if clicking on it comes immediatedly this error message:

I think, I don't have any private messages yet, but anyhow this was was not the message meant to show up, I think.

It's a bug in the third party software we use. It has been fixed in later versions, but we have decided to not upgrade yet. There are no private messages in the QA system, since the functionality is turned off. No one else can access the system either. It's just that the link is visible when it shouldn't be.
