well, you can discover or move TBs several times.

How do you suggest to distinguish between intentional multiples logs and erroneous ones ?

By date might work - you are very unlikely to discover/move a TB multiple times on the same day/within a couple of days.

I agree with your answer. You can come across some trackables on various occasions and you may log them as many times as you want.
