There is no direct way at this moment. But from the table in Advanced search, you can add them to Virtual GPS.

From Virtual GPS, you can either directly build GPX file (quite much the same thing as pocket query) or you can export it to Bookmark list on Geocaching.com and this list can be used to create a pocket query already.

I am not using c:geo anymore, but I believe it should be able to read GPX files from above or bookmark lists.

Yes, that would be the way, I guess (haven't tested).
Advanced search to Virtual GPS, build GPX file which you can import in c:geo.
I (still) use c:geo. And yes, it is able to import gpx data files.
