Now and again we would like to be able to look back on our questions (and answers) in Support, but can't immediately find an easy way of doing this. If there isn't a way, it may be a useful feature if we (or anyone else) wanted to locate something we/they had written in the past.

Yes, there is. You go to the user page, in your case: https://project-gc.com/qa/?qa=user/GCZ+Team

Under the main menu items on top of the page you have a second row of menu items in smaller print. One of them is "all questions" (https://project-gc.com/qa/?qa=user/GCZ+Team/questions ), the other "all answers" (https://project-gc.com/qa/?qa=user/GCZ+Team/answers).

I assume this is what you are looking for?

You can also do what I have done and mark the question as a favorite by clicking on the little star to the right.  On questions that I have outlined steps used to describe how to use a particular tool, I have added them to my favorites for quick reference.  BTW, you can do this with any question not just your own.

Yes, indeed. We agree. We have been doing that with quite a few over the years, but just needed to locate a couple we had lost track of.
I'm sure you know about it already, but the search function with good keywords has helped me find threads successfully.
