In my month/year statistics I have 1 Cache found in October 2020. As this is obviously not true, what could be the rootcause and how can I resolve the issue?

Is it possible to find out which cache/log did cause this entry?

Not sure why someone felt it necessary to down vote this question without an explanation.  I gave you an up vote because I had no idea that a date can show up in the future.

Seems to be an event, that is rescheduled every time. So no bug or error.

Just go to your Profile Stats and look under Youngest cache found (in the "Some Numbers" setion at the beginning).

If there's an error it's that it's allowed to reuse listings like this, in my opinion.
sure, but that's not for us to decide... I don't like reused event listings either.
But from the technical perspective, everything is okay.
The CO even states somewhere in the listing, if you don't want to keep getting Announcements, "simply delete all your logs, incl. will attends, attended, and write note".
