Are logs for Adventure Lab Caches considered in FTF-List?

No.

As the logs within the AdventureLab are not included in the geocaching.com API, PGC does not know about an FTF.

PGC counts (only) the found as it is provided with the API interface from geocaching.com

No. Project-GC does not have access to any information about lab caches finds, but the name and date.
