How do we lock our milestones?

You cannot lock milestones in Project-GC in the same way as you do on geocaching.com.

Milestones are generated automatically and especially labcache finds can ruin the order.
However, you can add a custom list of milestones under Profile stats > Settings (the little collapsable menu above the stats)

What you are looking for is a feature within geocaching. com

Please use https://www.geocaching.com/my/statistics.aspx#stats_tabs-milestones

You can choose a cache for each milestone and then lock the milestone.

I change this as a comment as someone is downgrading most of the answers.

Actually, it is more likely the OP is not looking for a feature from geocaching.com otherwise why would they post this question here?

You can not lock milestones in project-gc. You can do that only in geocaching.com statistics.
