I had a look at this for the first time and reading the description that goes with the data it says :-
"The type factors can be seen at the link below."
However I can not see a link
Was this removed

I understand the calculations are based on D*T*type factor - Is there a list which gives the values for these type factors (which I presume the link was able to give)

many thanks

Tim

Yes, the link was removed based on several reports over the last years:
https://project-gc.com/qa/?qa=25045/the-mdcachingpoints-link-is-broken
Please, change it to the bug report.
Hi, sorry I missed it in my search for the question - but not sure why this should be moved to bug reports - if it is a link that has broken and that has been spoken of then my question is not reagarding a bug - it was about proividing the info for type factors which has now been provided
Can i suggest that the line ""The type factors can be seen at the link below." be removed from that page to save this question being considered in the future - cheers
It makes sense that by changing it to 'bug reports' it will get on the To Do list for a fix and the requested text can be removed.  Otherwise, it will fall back into the PGC Q & A black-hole and not be removed.
Thanks for digging the link on the archive.org (I actually never looked into the details how it works). The best solution would be to extract the important information from the archive link provided by micha_de to the description of the statistic to keep it self-contained, as external sites come and go during the time.
Good idea

Micha
I created a page in the wiki with the type factors since that is what made sense to me. It can be found here: https://project-gc.com/w/MD_Caching_Points

I'd say the easiest solution is to just change the "seen at the link below."-part to "found in the wiki." or something similar. :)
@Pleu - suggest placing this information into an answer for the following reasons:

1. Bumps it up to the top for people to find it.
2. Fits the definition of answer versus a comment.
3. Catches the attention of the Admin so it won't get lost in the Q&A black hole.
4. You deserve a best answer and up votes for the effort.

Nice job, BTW!
@TigreToot Thank you. I wasn't sure if answer was the correct way since it doesn't solve the problem with the text being "seen at the link below" at the actual list. But I'm not very active in this forum so I trust your arguments for making it an answer. :)
LOL, no worries @Pleu.  I gave you an up vote so lets hope a bunch other people do the same.  If you get any down votes then shame on them.  Thanks again for the effort to develop a Wiki page.
Thank you Pleu - good job
Yes - this is an answer as my main question was 'is there a list ?' and you have now provided that -
I made a statement about the fact that there was the line "The type factors can be seen at the link below." on the page - that too has now been rectified

So all good now :-)

Thanks for rewarding best answer to @Pleu.  I was a little worried I may have gone out too far on a limb by suggesting @Pleu post as an answer versus a comment.  Glad to see good effort rewarded.
