OK, I read your follow-up comment and if the error persists, I would recommend contacting Support and issue a ticket for PGC to look into it for you. You can find the orange Support button in the upper right of each screen accept this forum. Look for it from the Dashboard or any other Tool page.
Also, there is another function under Support that allows you to force a refresh called Self-support. I recommend trying that first and see if the system corrects the problem on it's own.
