I found my cache no 14000 on saturday 5 December 2020.  It was a multicache but in the list of milestones is says it is a LAB-cache. But this LAB-cache was logged earlier on the same day. I would prefer have the correct milestone in the list.

As of now, there is no way to adjust milestones. We don't get enough information from Geocaching HQ to be able to sort your finds appropriately when you have both lab cache finds and regular finds on the same day.

I had the same problem because of a Lab cache with my 3500th milestone. The only thing you can do is logging the cache not in the correct order so that it shows up in the correct place.

It is very difficult if not impossible to control how the system processes logged caches.  Logging them in a certain order does not ensure they will receive a date / time stamp conducive to order one before the other.  What is more likely to happen is the server will process based on meta data beyond your control.

The only hope is if a control is programmed that actually allows you to override the system and manually choose a cache over another as your milestone just like geocaching.com provides.  Until PGC implements such a control, don't expect to be able to control milestones.
