Homepage on German

Question

Obwohl ich die Homepage auf Deutsch gespeichert habe, erscheint sie beim Öffnen immer auf Englisch. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, dies zu verhindern, oder muss ich die Sprache beim Öffnen der Homepages immer wieder von Englisch auf Deutsch ändern? lg romath1

Ob du c:geo benutzt, denn ist das den Grund. Es muss immer deine Sprache zu Englisch setzen, weil es die Webseite scrapt sondern die richtige API nutzt.

Two possible solutions (or reasons) as I do not have this problem.

After you changed the country flag to Germany it should stay also after reloading/refresh or usage of the site afterwards. But if you delete your browser cache often, this culd be a reason why you get the english-homepage.

I had the same problem. To solve it I closed all open Project-GC tabs on all my devices (they were everywhere... :D) Afterwards I opened it once again and changed the language settings as superteinfan described. Since then it is always opened in German.

Ich hatte genau das gleiche Problem. Um es zu lösen habe ich alle offenen Project-GC Tabs auf allen Geräten geschlossen (waren überall verteilt :D). Anschließend habe ich die Seite noch einmal geöffnet und die Spracheinstellungen wie im Post von supertwinfan beschrieben umgestellt. Seitdem ist die Seite immer in Deutsch.

that's because you're using C: GEO. Whenever you call up C: GEO, the language in your geocaching profile is switched to English. that's just the way it is and you can't change it.
