Several Dutch municipalities were either splitted, renamed or were joined together as of 1 January 2021. When will these changes be implemented on the counties map for the Netherlands? The changes are as follow:

Provincie Groningen: Appingedam, Delfzijl, Loppersum --> Eemsdelta
Provincie Noord-Brabant: Haaren --> (splitted to) Boxtel, Oisterwijk, Tilburg, Vught
Provincie Noord-Brabant: (renamed) Nuenen c.a. --> Nuenen

The general answer for this type of question is that we can implement this kind of change only after that the change has happened in the map source that we use for the country in question. This is OpenStreetMap for most countries, even if there are exceptions. That said, we are currently also working on some changes to maps in general, so no map data changes will happen until that has been finished first.
