There used to be a page showing the top archived loggers in an area: https://project-gc.com/Statistics/TopArchived

This link no longer works. Does anyone know if there is still a way to check this statistic on Project GC?

I believe it was removed at the request of GroundSpeak, after objections that it was encouraging cachers to attempt to find archived caches when there were good reasons for archiving them (e.g. objections from landowners).

See this thread for more background information: https://project-gc.com/qa/?qa=22394/archived-caches-statistics&show=22394#q22394

In my opinion, the reason GroundSpeak gave, did not make a lot of sense, though. In my experience 95% of caches get archived because the COs don’t maintain them anymore and at some stage a N/M log of the type "logbook is wet/full" eventually leads to the cache being archived by a reviewer. Cases where a cache gets archived because of the objection of a landowner or similar are almost negligble.

whatever reasons for the objections are irrelevant - archived caches are that and seeking them out should not be encouraged (i.e. with a league table) - it is hard enough getting COs to remove caches when they archive them - let alone ensuring any archived caches (now litter) are eventually removed and not left for future finding. GC has also now enabled any finders to collect in any old containers and dispose of them (or return to CO, though the former is likely to happen in most cases) with no comeback regarding ownership of property
