I love the fact that you've guessed what the future expansion of the Netherlands will be.

But for now I think they Ijsselmeer and Markermeer are still there

There is a problem that some countries have the boundaries of their regions/counties extending over adjacent water masses, others don't.

We know this problem exists for the Netherlands (Zeeland is also not properly depicted) and Switzerland and some others. It is currently being investigated.
