"Build GPX" dialog doesn't show captcha if page was loaded before it had >1000 caches

On VGPS (https://project-gc.com/User/VirtualGPS) when you build a GPX for a list with more than 1000 caches a captcha is required. However the captcha is not shown if at the time the page was loaded the list didn't have 1000 caches yet.

To repoduce:

1. Create a new VGPS

2. In another tab add 1000+ caches to the VGPS

3. in the original tab - still showing an empty list - build GPX

-> Dialog doesn't show captcha but clicking "Build" doesn't do anything.

Workaround: Reload the page before building the GPX
