I have just noted that under the 'Hides' section of my profile (so my own caches) and under the 'owned cache statistics' heading - the 'Events hosted' sentence is incorrect - only showing 10 on 10 unique dates  - this should be 11 which includes a Community Celebration Event
My guess would be that CCEs are not included - why is this (if this is the issue) ?

cheers

If you check your stats for different dates it's pretty clear that it's the event that was cancelled due to lockdown that doesn't count. I would assume Mole's Meet at Bain Beouf is not counted because nobody, not even you, logged it. If nobody attends an event, not even the host, was it really hosted? Bit of a philosophical question but I'm going with "no" and it seems like the Profile Stats have the same opinion. ;)

Here's how I came to that conclusion:

IMHO this is not a bug and the stats are correct, since the event was canceled you didn't host an event on that date. :)

Good point - I had forgotten that that one had been cancelled - annoying that it comes up on the stats as it is in effect is a non-event - I just glanced down the list and counted the events

and thats answers the CCE question too
Thanks all
I agree it's a bit confusing that it's counted in other places, for example in the Event Host badge and in the "Placed by type" on the hides tab etc. That doesn't seem right to me and I would consider that a bug.

On the other hand there is a non-PGC way to solve that issue if it annoys you enough... You could ask a reviewer if they could retract the event for you. I think most reviewers would do it as long as you just ask nicely. If the event is retracted Project-GC doesn't know about it anymore and it's out of your stats. :)
The badges has been adjusted to only count the events that actually were attended in the development environment now. This should make the number is Profile stats aligned with each other.

To begin with, has that event actually happened or is it just scheduled? The stats on Project-GC only consider events that have actually taken place.

Yea, I wouldn't have asked if the event hadn't taken place yet ;-)
it was 11 days ago :-)
