It's not possible to delete an account at Project-GC because you do not have an account at this site, you're just authenticating with your geocaching-account. What you can do if you want to be "invisible" to Project-GC is that you can click the box "Do not share my personal information with Authorized Developer applications" at https://www.geocaching.com/account/settings/authorizations This will make you invisible to Project-GC and all other official API-partners.
