My question is in the title : how can I create a banner with the flags of my visited countries for my GC-profile ? I have already the BadgeBar but I want more...

Project-GC doesn't have an option like that, but all the flags are available as individual pictures so it wouldn't be that hard to create a version of your own. An other option might be to use your profile stats with the badgegen-page as the preview.
