The 'Vestmannaeyjar' county in Iceland is missing in the stats. Caches found on these islands are included in the region 'Southern Region', but do not belong to any county in the statistics. This is also visible on the counties map (Tools -> Map Counties), where you can see that they are not coloured at all. According to Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vestmannaeyjar) they are a separate county.

Thanks for reporting this, there was some broken data that was missed when the maps was remade. The county Vestmannaeyjar has been added to the counties now and it looks like it has reached the MapCounties when I check but it can take up to 24h for it to reach all parts of the site. For Profile Stats a new rendition of the stats is necessary, which may take up to 24h for accounts with a paid membership at Project-GC and up to 7 days for people without a paid membership.

Thanks, it has been updated in my stats already
I just noticed however that this county includes part of the mainland as well (Tindfjallajökull volcano/glacier). I don't think that should be included
I agree that Tindfjallajökull should not be part of Vestmannaeyjar. This how ever will be a bigger problem to solve since the solution for adding Vestmannaeyjar was kind of a "hack". There is a risk that this might take a couple of weeks/months to fix in the correct way since data probably needs to be imported that is out of Project-GC's control, but I'll see what can be done about it.
The change is still a big improvement as it is and since there are no caches in the Tindfjallajökull area, this should not really be a problem for anyone's stats I guess. It would be nice to have it fixed eventually, but it's not a high priority.
