How do I add a FTF cache to my list? The cache GC48V22 has been locked.

I suggest adding a FTF-bookmarklist with the cache on it to solve the issue. Instructions can be found in the FAQ: https://project-gc.com/Home/FAQ#2375066174

Thank you for getting back with this, but I had already been to that link, but have no idea what to do then. I can't past anything into the boxes., and can't see what else to do.

You're not supposed to paste anything in the boxes. You just follow the instructions in the FAQ: You make a public bookmark list at geocaching.com, when you visit the settings all your public lists are available in the box that says "Available lists". You then click the correct list to move it to the box that says "FTF lists" and save your settings.
