How is the cache with the lowest height calculated?

In Belgium I found the Cache https://coord.info/GC5TXMM which is located 31,5m below sea level, but in my profile statistik there is still another one listed ...

The elevation of ground level at the posted coordinates is what counts. A cache located deep in a cave or high in a tree still counts as ground level.
