How can I generate a map (or list) of only the challenge caches I have satisfied the requirements for?

I would like to be able to generate a map (or list) of only the challenge caches I have satisfied the requirements for, but haven't yet written a note in the log.  This would require excluding not only the challenge caches I haven't satisfied, but also those that have checkers that haven't been run against my account (those with a blue bubble in the lower left).  Seeing that on a map (or even better, as a list) would be great!

The way I do it is usually by running the challenge checker map, exclude "not fulfilled" and then add the result with the green checkmark to a virtualGPS. Either with the drawing tool or by adding all and removing the few that has not been run depending on the situation in the area I'm looking at.
