Not any longer. According to https://project-gc.com/w/The_Trackable_Lover:
"No looping available. This was removed with version 4 since most who have discovered the amount required by Diamond have not seen the actual Trackables." (i.e. people log random TB codes from lists, either presented on events or found on the net, without handling the actual trackable)
