Is there a way to do a search for cache elevation?  Specifically I'm looking for elevations higher than 10k ft.

Actually, I just found something under the "statistics" tab. Under "Cache Stats" is Top Elevation.  Just enter the country/state and it will show the highest caches sequencing down.

As such - no, alas. (this would be a neat feature to request, actually) (I am going to request it!)
Instead what I do is use a map that has contour lines, and just hunt around likely areas.

In the geocaching app the standard Trails map layer will do the job, in C:Geo use CycleOSM. GeohGo does not have a suitable map. I cannot comment on other applications.

The list at https://project-gc.com/Statistics/TopElevation would be how to search for caches of a specific elevation, it might not be as helpful if you're working on a challenge that require different levels of elevation though.
