If you mean the challenge caches that you have signed the log, but not qualified for yet, there is a section on Profile-Stats on the bottom of the Challenges tab showing this.
If you mean challenges you have qualified for but not signed the log, you can use the Map of Challenge Caches tool, and add all the caches to a Virtual GPS. Once in the Virtual GPS, you can press Manage list>Remove found.
