Challenge cache not validating

Question

I posted a find on a challenge cache GC9VYAV - 'Straya' #14 - A Challenging Challenge (Australia) on 2nd January 2024.

It would be the challenge cache that qualifies me for the challenge but doesn't validate and doesn't appear in the list of challenge caches.

I know there was a problem with challenge caches so I've waited a few days before posting this.

This challenge cache is part of a series and others that I've qualified for and logged appear in the list.

You can't use this challenge to qualify for this challenge (which is the normal case). The cache description reads "Have previously found and logged 200 caches within Australia with the 'Challenge cache' attribute" (my emphasis).
