Missing geocaches on map

I have some caches (on the order of between 2000 - 3500) stored in several Virtual GPS. However, when I use the show on map function, not all caches are shown in this map - although they are obviously in the list.
Likewise, I have a long-standing problem with the Live Map, which does not load any caches at all and displays an error message Error! Failed to retrieve data, reload page to try again.

Has anyone encountered this behaviour? How to solve it?

I can't reproduce this issue. Could you invite me with reading access to a virtual GPS that's not working to see if I can see anything there? Have you tried different browsers and/or different computers to see if it's something related to your settings or installation?

Other than that my suggestion would be to use the support-button at Project-GC and contact the "real support" with this.
