Number of Souvenirs is 0 only on Project-GC [closed]

We have 199 Souvenirs. But when checking the number either in Project-GC Profile or in a checker it is 0 an no souvenir is listed.

Can anybody tell how to fix this.

When checking others, the right number ist displayed.
