Option to Export the Results of a "Not a Checker"

could there be an option added to the "List Counties (Not a Checker)" so that the results could be added to the Virtual GPS?  This way I could create a bookmark list or export the results to a .gpx file where I could then import into GSAK.

I highly doubt there would be engineering time spent on this as the "not a checkers" are more of a community project and not really a supported feature of the site.

Here's a workaround however:
Assuming you're talking about https://project-gc.com/Challenges//22560 or if you're talking about any checker/"not a checker" that presents GCcodes (either in text or as coord.info-links) it's pretty easy to get the resulting list of caches in virtualGPS.

For the linked checker you need to get the GCcodes from the source as they're only added as coord.info-links. (Source code can usually be accessed by right clicking and selecting "inspect" or "show source" depending on browser).

So the steps are:

• Copy the whole table from the HTML-output. (In the version where the GCcode is visible.)
• Click to create a new virtual GPS.
• Paste the whole table to the box labeled "Gc-codes" and give the virtual GPS a name.
• Create the virtual GPS.

And you now have a virtual GPS with all the GCcodes in it as the virtual GPS picks up the GCcodes from the HTML and ignores all the other stuff.

Sorry, but I was unable to follow your directions.  For brevity, the following are the first 12 lines of output produced for me by the County List Not a Checker.  Highlighting that and right-clicking gives me various options none of which seemed useful.   I tried inspect, but see tons of stuff  and never saw a GC code.  and copying from that inspect window would not be a simple matter.

As I said, you need to copy the table in the source as the output isn't showing the GCcode in text.

If you're not used to reading source code in the inspect-tab most browsers will automatically mark the source code if you mark the text you want (in this case the full list of caches) and then click "inspect" or "view source".

If you can't get that to work then you can search for id="cc_HtmlFeedback" and copy that whole div-element, just make sure you get everything. You could also just copy all the source code and paste it in the virtual GPS. you might get some errors with that method but then you'd just remove those "fake caches" from the GPS.

Maybe someone in the community group that supports these Not a Checker could reply.  What I'd propose is deleting that column named Count in the output (I'm not even sure what it is counting) and replacing it with a column named GCCode.  Then the GCCodes would be visible as text in the output and could be easily copied to a list in the Virtual GPS.

As it's sumbloke that made the checker the easy way to ask for improvements on the checker is to send them a message or email on geocaching.com.

And the "count" would be the number of caches found in that county so I doubt deleting it would be a good idea as it's likely other people use that information.
