Hallo,

I would believe this is intentional as it allows the user to see all the modules and make new decisions were appropriate. You've already made the decision to reactivate the tab so clearly you've changed your mind about some stuff.

This assumption is not really correct.
A long time ago, I decided to deactivate the “FTF” tab completely. In the meantime, however, this has been forgotten. When I recently deactivated/activated some modules, I also changed some in the “FTF” tab. Only when I saw in the profile statistics that “FTF” was not displayed did I change my mind. When “FTF” became visible again, my preselection had been overwritten by the system and all modules were displayed in “FTF”.
Since the preselection of modules is overwritten when a tab is activated and all modules are displayed, I classified this behavior as a bug

A single edge case isn't really an argument IMO.
I'm sorry, but I have no idea what you're trying to tell me.
In any case, I can reproduce the described behavior.
That you personally being of the opinion that it shouldn't work like this because of your specific case does not mean that the way it works isn't intentional or the best way to set it up for most users.
