Once the map is displayed, on the left side of the map are a few icons. If you click the icon that looks like a geocaching symbol, a slide-out should show and with a yellow star. If you click the yellow star, that should remove any f your own caches from the map. Same for the smiley that if clicked will remove any you have already found.
