Country totals including labs

I know it's not supported by gc.com, but can there be a cache count by country including labs? Why are there no countries associated with labs? If the coords are available, isn't there a way to determine country?

Labs are treated by gc.com as "Locationless caches" therefor there is no location for this cache type available
