I just noticed this new section on my stats page this morning. Based on my observation from my own stats, I have surmised that the ‘clock’ symbol refers to the oldest cache in that jurisdiction, the ‘heart’ is for the cache with the most favourite points in that particular jurisdiction. The ‘left arrow’ is for the furthest west, ‘up arrow’ for the furthest north, and so on. I believe the ‘up arrow with the line under it’ is probably for the cache with the highest elevation but haven’t earned any so cannot verify.

If you hover over the icons a pop-up tool tip tells you what the arrows mean.

Unable to hover over the icon when browsing via a mobile device which is the only way I am able to access P-GC. I searched the FAQ/blog first but couldn't find a reference. Would appreciate if someone would give an explanation for each.
The icons represent that you have found, for each area, left to right, the oldest, most northern, most eastern, most southern, most western, highest altitude and most favourited.
Click the drop arrow to drill into regions and counties.
Thank you the Seagnoid!
