How can I see a map of my unfound caches to which I can apply a custom filter for various attributes?

You can use custom filters on different tools but MapCompare would be the most common one. Just pick your own username and "not found", you don't have to compare against somebody

I use c:geo, and there you can select that you want to include only your DNF and then apply any additional filters that c:geo allows. And there are quite a few available for regular filtering.
