When the first cache in an area was hidden it was extreme for all categories. I have several oldest but without qualify for the west, east etc. Is there a start date for the whole evaluation like Jan 2025 or does the extreme conditions has to be satisfied at the time of the find. So only if I found the oldest cache before the second one was placed, I would get all the extremes as fulfilled?
