Is there a tool or method for determining what my maximum daily streak is for any specific cache type?

Not that I know of. All the streaks powering the various Top Lists are pre-computed.

Your best bet might be to ask the Challenge checker taggers to create tags, and then add them to https://project-gc.com/w/Tools_in_the_checker_system.
