Why aren’t my challenge caches showing as completed on Project‑GC?

I use Project‑GC to track my geocaching stats and check challenge caches, and but some challenges  that don’t show as completed when even though I know I met the requirements. Im logged in with my account and I can see other stats fine.  

I even tried refreshing the data and waiting a couple of days the FAQ says data can take a while to update, but it still shows “not completed” for challenges I definitely fulfilled.  :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0}  

I run a fast Kolkata Fatafat (FF) geocaching route tracker on the side and it updates quickly, so I’m wondering if I’m missing a step on Project‑GC or if there’s some trick to force a proper challenge check. Any ideas on what might be going wrong or how to fix it?

It sounds like you've already tried the usual fixes. If your stats are updating but specific challenge caches still show "not completed," the checker may use different criteria or outdated cache data. I'd also verify the challenge requirements and compare them with your Kolkata FF route tracker results.

I came here with the same question!  For some reason a checker for a Challenge I've been working on for months, is not reflecting my accurate finds recently, which should be enough to qualify.  I've reached out to PGC Support with a ticket twice, and haven't hear back yet.  Hopefully they fix the bug soon.  GD74
