Assuming you're a paying member, use the lasso tool (click on the mobile phone symbol, then the icon immediately on its right) to loop round the caches, which will add them to your VGPS. You can then export to a GPX file from the VGPS.

Have only used the single + before, guess I wasn't really aware of using the lasso
