I would have looked for this in the Wiki under Attribute ( https://project-gc.com/w/Attribute ), and there's a link to the same forum post, why is the list not in the wiki?

It's a wiki, anybody can edit it so add it yourself if you find that something is missing.

Yes, it's kind of a wiki, at least it's obviously run with MediaWiki, but I hesitate a bit, as I'm not in any way accustomed to the dealings with stuff here, thus I just made suggestions on the talk pages up to now, as is usual for n00bs in the Wikiverse.
