GCBQ5N4 - checker for HIDDEN geocaches in foreign countries

Question

I need a challenge checker for getting a result of hidden geocaches by a user NOT in his own country. Example, I am german and hided already geocaches in more than 5 countries. I want to create a challenge Geocache which request for example 2 or 3 foreign countries of the owner where he/she has already HIDDEN a geocache (events and LABs should NOT be accepted, ECs are ok)

Could you please write me such a challenge checker?

1) This challenge is absolutely not allowed according to the guidelines as you can't require hiding caches. One of the better guidelines IMO.
