What's with SARCRZY?

I have a charter member checker, and someone reported that it did not pick up SARCRZY's hides. So I did some digging.

SARCRZY's profile id is 69108 but when I run PGC.ProfileName2Id it returns null, so the checker does not pick up their hides. In other areas on PGC's site SARCRZY is reported as an anonymous user.
 
Has PGC lost SARCRZY's profile id is is there something unusual about SARCRZY?

User has opted out of third party sharing of data, there's nothing unusual about that.

Oh. Of course. Normally we find a cache and see that it is owned by opted-out user. But this time I have to test for specific hiders.
