Challenge Checkers no longer have green check mark when I qualify on geocaching webpage

I have the firefox browser extension added and in the menu I have "Add challenge checkers' option checked.  I am no longer seeing the green check mark on the checker as I once did. Did something change or do I need to change another setting.  Even after I run the checker manually and pass I still do not get the green check mark on the geocaching.com web page.

okay so something weird happened today. All of a sudden this issue is no longer occurring.  I see the green check mark and also the red circle with slash when I don't qualify. Don't know what happened but not an issue as of now.
