You're following instructions that was made by ai or somebody else with issues of hallucinations as there's no checkbox and that's not possible.
The easiest way to do this is to copy all the caches (make sure you get the GC-codes, it doesn't matter that you get allt he other stuff like names and dates etc). Then paste all that in the box you get when you click "Action" -> "Add geocaches" on a VGPS. Click "Add" and you're done.
