Hi,

is it possible to identify which caches have been adopted by another user over-time?

There's no tool that shows that if that's what you're asking. As most people have usually logged the cache before adopting it the "Find Bad Logs"-tool is usually a pretty good indicator for adopted caches. It still requires manual research to see if they were adopted and in what direction tho.
