in Feature requests by Der Grosse Baer DGB (1.9k points)
I should clarify: by user I mean the username (profile name) which can be inserted in the first input field.

It is easy to do that with a Custom Filter (which is a feature that is only available to paying members of Project-GC).

Can you elaborate on how this is accomplished with custom filters?
Go to Custom Filters. Click New. Click Add. Enter your name (or someone else's name, for that matter) in the Cache owner field. Click Add statements. Click Add to filter. Click Save.

Now you have a custom filter that selects caches just by one cache owner. Go to just about any page. Click Add filter and select Custom filter. Select the filter you just created (and gave a good name, right?) and then search as usual.
And as a non paying member the only method i know i to create a bookmark list in gc.com and use it in mapecompare
There is also a video of a more complex use case of custom filters, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nMTwBb9Q72I

It doesn't show anything with the cache owner name, but might help you navigating around all the add and saves.
Thanks so far for your answers. With custom filters it works, but I have to create a filter for each cache owner. A bit tedious, and that's why I suggested this new feature. Maybe it can also be made only available for paying members. I don't mind paying for such a great service.
It has been on the TODO-list for 2-3 years. :/
